Checking for Credit Limit

The Credit Limit is not a fixed quantity and may vary among departments, accounts or companies. Please contact your Uniform Manager or Administrator to learn more about your subsidies or allocations.

On the myArrow main Navigation Bar, you can immediately check for the available subsidy or allocation credit. You can view a price-based credit limit (Subsidy) or a unit-based credit limit (Allocation).

You can also check which garment allocations correspond to the number of credits you have. In the example image above, when clicking on the catalogue, it shows which products are allocated and the number of garments the user can purchase relative to the credits (one Jacket and three shirts for a total of 4 credits).

When clicking the collection itself, you will be redirected to the collection page, and it should show you the number of allocation purchases you can make for that product/collection.

Purchasing Products Using Allocation/Subsidy

To purchase products using your Allocation/Subsidy is no different from buying garments typically.

To begin, (a) click the product you want to purchase from the collection. You will be redirected to the product page.

On the product page, (b) choose the colour (if applicable) and (c) the size of the garment.

Because there is only one allotted item for this product, you (d) cannot change the quantity of the garment. For garments with more than one allotted item, you can change the quantity according to the number of credits left for that particular product.

Once everything is set, click the (e) “Add to Cart” button.

Cart and Checkout

On the checkout sidebar, (c) you will see no price except for the total allocation.

You can click (d) “Proceed to Checkout” to place your order.
