How to Reset a Forgotten Password
Losing or forgetting your password happens occasionally, and whilst it can be frustrating, you can still recover your account and reset your password. We’ll walk you through resetting your password so you can quickly get back to using myArrow.
Important Note: Arrow Uniforms staff do not have access to your passwords.
Reset Password
On the myArrow Login Page, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
Clicking the link will navigate you to the forgot password page that contains a text field for your email address.
Click on the text field and (a) input your email address.
Click the (b) “Email Password Reset Link” button. You will receive an email that contains the password reset link.
Password Reset Email Link
You will receive an email that contains the password reset link. Your password reset email link should look like the image below.
Click on the (a) ”Reset Password” button. You may copy the URL (b) provided in the email and paste it into your web browser.
Reset Password Page
Clicking on the “Reset Password” button or pasting the URL will navigate you to the below page. This page has three text fields, each requiring input to acquire your new password.
Click on the (a) text field for Email Address and input the email address associated with your myArrow account.
Click on the centre text field and (b) input your New Password, ensuring it is safe and secure by combining capital letters, small letters and special characters.
Click on the bottom text field, and (c) confirm your new password by retyping it.
Lastly, (d) click the “Reset Password” button to have a new password linked to your myArrow account. Go to the login page at www.myarrow.nz and try out your password.
Tips for Resetting Password

Use an email address that is associated with your myArrow account.

When checking your password reset email, wait a few minutes for it to be delivered.

Check the Spam folder if the password reset email is not in your Inbox.

Use a strong password once the prompt asks you to reset it by combining numbers, special characters, and capital and small letters. You may also use a Password Manager for easier access and storage.
