Reporting a Bug in myArrow

How to Report a Bug Using the Bird Eats Bug App

Bugs are a reality in software and website development, and myArrow is no exception. Despite rigorous testing and quality assurance measures, completely eradicating bugs during the development process and the final product is challenging.

To promptly address any bugs or issues, we use the Bird Eats Bug app to record or take screenshots of the problems in real-time. This app makes it easier for developers to immediately identify the issue and automatically create tickets (with the proper integrations) to resolve the problem. This guide will teach you how to use the “Report a Bug” feature.

The Bird Eats Bug screen capture app is a reliable tool to catch, record and fix bugs faster. This app is already integrated with the myArrow website and requires that you have a myArrow account and login.

To record a bug, click the profile icon on the upper rightmost side of the page. When you click your profile icon, a dropdown menu should appear. Click on the “Report a Bug” button.

A small menu should appear, prompting you to either “Start Screen Recording” or “Take a Screenshot.”
