How to Track Your myArrow Products During Shipping
If you’ve purchased from myArrow relatively recently, you must track your shipments to know exactly when your order will arrive. Tracking packages is a modern convenience that lets you stay informed on your purchase's whereabouts. This guide will teach you how to track shipments in your myArrow account.
Shipping Information on the Product Page
On the product page, you’ll find initial information on when your product will ship after checking out and purchasing it.
The example above shows when this product will ship, which will be in five days.
Tracking Number from Past Orders Page
You can get the tracking number by viewing a product you ordered from the Past Orders page. Here are the steps.
On the Search Bar, (a) you can type in any of the following information to pinpoint the product you want to track: (b) Purchase Order Number, Order Number, or Name of Order.
Once you have the product of interest, (c) click the “View” button on the right side of the product list. This will navigate to the Summary Page.
On the summary page, (d) you can see the Tracking URLs on the sidebar. Click on the “Track” button to track your shipments.
Alternatively, you can scroll down and look for the products already shipped.
Below the shipment's current status, (e) you will find the Fulfilment order number and the “Track” button. Click on it to track your shipments.
Shipping Information on the Order Confirmation Email
Suppose you checked out an item and already purchased it. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the myArrow server that your order has been received.
The confirmation email will contain relevant information such as the product, payment, shipping address, and name, but the most pertinent information is highlighted in red. This number serves as a reference number to track down your order.
