How to View, Sort, Download and Export Invoices in a Spreadsheet
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading your invoices, we can help you complete this process with a few steps. In this guide, we will go over how to view and download invoices. Whether you need to review your past purchases, keep track of your budget, or simply have a hard copy of your invoices for your records, we can make it simple to access the information you need.
Viewing Invoices
Login to your myArrow account (see Login tutorial), and you will navigate to your company’s dashboard. On the dashboard, look for the Invoices icon and click on it. This will bring you to the Invoice History Page.
Navigating to Invoice History
Alternatively, if you’re on the (a) Past Order page, you can navigate to the Invoice History. To view your invoices, on the right side of the screen, (b) move your mouse to the “See Also” section and click on Invoice History.
Clicking this button will immediately bring you to the Invoice History page.
Invoice History Page
The Invoice History page will show you a table/list of invoices with the Purchase Number, Order ID and the Price Total.
Sorting and Filtering Your Invoices
Several features on the page will help you pinpoint the invoice/s you need and download it easily. You can use the “Sort” or “Filter” buttons to sort or filter the list of invoices based on specific criteria.
For example, you can (a) click the"Sort" button. Choose “Date” to sort out invoices by date (b).
Downloading Invoice
Once you have the specific invoice/s you need, you can click the “Download” button on the right side of the table. You can download the invoice as a PDF file.
Exporting to a Spreadsheet
You can export the list of invoices as an Excel .csv file for easier management and record-keeping purposes. Simply click the “Export” button on the right side, in line with the Sort and Filter buttons.
When saving your Excel file, remember that it will only reflect the filter you’ve selected. For example, if you’ve selected the invoices for the month of December 2022, then your export will only reflect information from these results.
