How to Reorder Garments/Products in Your myArrow Account

Reordering garments in your myArrow account is a simple process allowing you to restock previously ordered items. This guide will quickly walk you through the steps necessary to reorder process in your myArrow account, including how to view your order or invoice history and process the new order. 

There are several ways to reorder your garments depending on the current webpage you’re on. Let’s detail some of the steps to reorder your garments. 

Reorder Garments in Past Orders Page

When you’re on the Past Orders Page, you will see a list of your previous orders. Browse through and look for the product you want to reorder. (a) Click on the “View” button on the right-most side of the list. This will redirect you to the Order View Page.

On the Orders View page, (b) tick the check box to select the product you wish to reorder. 

Doing so will prompt three buttons and icons to appear on the product list: Enquire, Reorder and  Return. (c) Click on the “Reorder” button. 

 

Reorder Garments on the Invoice History Page

You can easily reorder certain products if you’re on the Invoice History page. (a) You can tick/check the “Select All” box or individually select the item you wish to reorder. 

Alternatively, (b) type in the Order Number, Purchase Order Number or Name on the search bar beside the Invoice History heading to look for a particular item.

Ticking the check box will make three buttons and icons appear similar to the previous section. (c) Click on the “Reorder” button.
